Q: Do you charge any fees to find me an apartment?

A: No, we do not charge you a fee to find you an apartment. However, if we have something that meets your needs, there is a $25 charge for a credit check and then if approved, you’ll need to come up with the typical move in costs.

 

 

Q: What are the typical move in costs?

A: Most of our apartments require 1st months rent and last month's rent.

 

 

Q: How do I find out what apartments you have available?

A: Go back to our home page and scroll down to see everything we have listed.

 

 

Q: Can you find me an apartment if I have bad credit?

A: If you have credit issues, we will do our best to try and find an apartment that works with your circumstances. We can’t guarantee success in every instance, but we’ll do our best.

 

 

Q: Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

A: We accept all applicants who qualify for our apartments. We have several buildings participating in the Section 8 program.

 

 

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: Many of our apartments will accept cats and some dog breeds.

 

 

Q: Are utility costs included in the rent?

A: The answer will vary from apartment to apartment, but it will be spelled out along side all open apartments we have listed here on our website.

Q: I see an apartment listed that I would like to rent, how can arrange to see it?

A: You can send us an email to Info@BestRentalApts.com, however by the time we respond to your email and make arrangements with you the apartment might be taken. Your best bet is to call us at 978-374-9979 right away.

 

 

Q: I’m not seeing anything listed on your home page that meets my needs. Can I be put on a waiting list so that when something else opens up, you’ll notify me right away?

Q: What kind of places do you rent? Are they houses or apartments?

A: We rent a variety of places and most all of them are apartments in multifamily homes. Many of these apartments are in classic buildings with vintage character. Whenever possible we show pictures and videos next to our listings.

 

 

Q: What steps do I need to take in order to move?
